I love these candles. The battery life is great. They are on a timer. I didn't get the vanilla smell, but I would buy these again.These are fabulous, but they almost look as if they are two different colors. It is not that noticeable, and we love the remote control.Batteries ran out fast! Replaced the candle batteries, no help. Replaced the remote battery, still nothing. Not sure that I'd recommend this item, however it was enjoyable for an evening.
