This is perfect for my needs. I use it for walking and baking time. Its a stop watch, not a timer. It's easy to read, but I have yet to figure out how to set the date and day of the week, or how to turn off an alarm set for later.I probably would've ordered a different one if I looked into it more, but I am satisfied enough not to return it.I'm a firearms instructor and need a simple stopwatch for the range. I also have to conduct a dim light/night shoot for officers twice a year and was looking for a stopwatch that was backlit so I didn't have to fumble with a flashlight. This one seemed good as it had big buttons and the back light for not that much $$. Unfortunately the light only stays on briefly. Not a big deal but it would be nice if it could be on a bit longer. Seems of medium quality so for the price not bad...we'll see how long it lasts. Other than the light it's your basic stop watch.This is a fantastic, easily-readable, durable, friendly-to-the-touch stopwatch that is easily silenced (script supervising requirement) that I'm considering buying a spare one of. The big, quick access illumination button is nice and so are the nice big, flat main buttons, and the BIG number display! Oh my, it's just all so big! It's waterproof to resist rainy days on sets and the lanyard it comes with even has a quick-release snap to detach the stopwatch and re-attach it easily. This is my first real stopwatch purchase beyond crappy Big Five stop watches and I am EXTREMELY pleased. It's true the instructions aren't in English and you have to figure things out, bit it's also true that this is a well-made item that's worth more than it's listed at (their website has it listed for much higher as well). Buy, buy, buy.Great stopwatch for the price. Would rate 5 stars except the included instructions are lacking and hard to follow with doing splits and simple things like setting the time and turning the alarm on and off. One other thing that would be nice is a way to leave the glow light on. Using this at night and having to hit the light button every time is a minor annoyance. Maybe holding the light button for 5 seconds could cause it to blink and then stay on for 5 mins or more. Would be really helpful.My husband and some friends are attending a shooting competition this summer and there are several timed rounds. I got this stopwatch for them to practice with. It did everything they needed without being overly complicated.Stopped working after a few weeks but I never returned it. Altra cosa: resta sempre acceso, manca il tasto on off.The watch is exactly what I needed. It arrived in time. I then sent an Email to the company 2 weeks ago asking how does one change the battery. Still no reply.If you only care about the minutes and seconds being displayed LARGE, this is great. But if you think the MILLISECONDS is going to be displayed LARGE than you are wrong. the milliseconds is the SMALL number in the top middle. Not at all what I was anticipating and I believe that it is false advertising to say Large display. Returned this stopwatch immediately!!It was very easy to program after following the directions.
