We've been using this timer for about a year and a half. It has all the features we need, is easily visible & audible from across the room (60 feet), and when we needed help finding a replacement remote, the company responded quickly and they were incredibly helpful. The remote works from a decent distance, maybe 20-25 feet or so. Very happy with this purchase and we hope it serves us for many years to come.Product worked great. Instructions were a little confusing but once you followed them step by step worked perfectly. Was able to program multiple times and sets for different workouts, great product.Very pleased. Easy to install and set up and user friendly!Love this clock as a whole, would be better if you could manipulate/change the exercise times.Used it in my garage gym for nearly a year. I attached it to an old TV mount by a velcro, so that I could turn it by hand and look at at from different directions. Adjustable brightness works well: when it is at the highest setting, I can step 30 ft out of the garage into full daylight and can still see the numbers clearly. The timer has all the features I need (up, down, stopwatch, tabata, custom intervals). Setting custom intervals is a little tricky (need to remember pressing Edit not OK after each interval) but it's not a big issue. Curiously, the up and down timers were accurate but the stopwatch was running ~5% slower than the actual time. I contacted the customer service and they promptly sent me a new unit, which seems accurate in all the functions.We ordered this clock for our garage gym. It worked perfectly for every workout. Well, as things happen in a garage gym, we lost the remote and tried to order another of the same brand from Amazon. It didn't work, so I found the company's contact info and emailed them. "CS" replied back within a day and sent us a new remote that works with our clock. It did take a min to get here. But, customer service was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this clock.Alarm is too weak and it beeps instead of a louder ring bell i was expectingThis is great if you have a gym at home we have an at home gym and it’s been I could add an addition to help us keep on track with our workouts. Part of this we were using our cell phones this is a lot easier and has better visibility.Just what we were looking for, great size and quality highly recommend product to anyoneAlmost a 5. Lots of great features and easy to use. The only knock off 1 star for me is everytime you turn it on and go to up or down timers it defaults to a weird amount of time. Wish it would just remember the last setting or at least something common like 20m for AMRAP workouts. Overall still really love it.Appeared to be good value but one of the leds just stopped working, I though being sold through amazon this would have a reasonable warranty.I received this for my birthday which was about two weeks after purchase so effectively 14 day warranty.I realize no reading the fine print in my issue but 30 day warranty is terrible.I have also left numerous messages and received no responses.I’ll b sending this back-
