We use a food sealer machine. Every time you seal the bag or vacuum seal you have to wait for one minute before you open the machine. We put this in the box with the food sealer. No more watching the second hand of a clock or the timer on the cell phone. So easy and so simple.I use the timer to time my stretches to be sure I hold them for a whole 30 seconds works perfectly for my purpose.
