I avoided buying this because I thought using my phone was sufficient but finally gave up on that idea and bought the timer. I am so happy I changed my mind and bought this. It's so easy to use while being organized and doing work based on the Pomodor method. Using the phone always got be distracted with text messages and emails. This keeps me on track and is easy enough even a small child could use it.Let me start by saying I paid about 10 dollars for this item. The quality is something I would have expected from the dollar store. Overall I enjoy the product. There's a confirmatory light on the upwards side and noise when you turn the dice. The screen on the bottom of the dice next to the on/off, volume switch counts down. You have to be careful not to rotate the dice or it will reset. Also, there is a weird dirty scratch on the 25 min side of the timer. Really disgusting. BAD!Love this timer! It has a digital read out on the bottom next to the on/off switch- so that is great for kids that keep asking “how much longer until I can get on the switch?!”Con: easy to flip over when you are an impatient preteen and want to get on said switch.Luckily there is a pretty loud beep so you know when the timer restarts. Then you can put BACK on 45 minutes, get dirty looks from said preteen, and not worry about that happening again. ;).
