I purchased two of these timers about a week ago. Both programmed without difficulty one worked the other would not shut off at the scheduled time. Guess that's the best you can expect from crap made in China. Amazon was very good about the problem and refunded the money for the defective product, plus return shipping. That being the only reason I give this product one star.I would not recommend this product to a friend and suggest that Amazon state clearly where the products that they sell are made so the consumer can make choice if he wants to take a chance on crap made in China.Wish I could find a timer that works and is reliable!!!.David.
