I just wanted a simple stopwatch, so I thought this would do the trick. We did eventually get the watch on the right time, date, etc by accident, and the stopwatch function is straightforward and good. HOWEVER, the alarm, once you accidentally set it whilst trying to figure the watch out, is impossible to turn off, except by accident again. So for now, all is well, and the alarm is off, but the instructions are obviously written by someone's niece who is studying English in China. While it is entertaining, it is also exasperating. Would recommend paying a bit more and getting something that is easier to manipulate, though the others have similar faults, in which case it does work.ADDITION. Hold down the split/reset button and start/stop button, on top, SIMULTANEOUSLY for a few seconds to set or annul alarm. This is written nowhere in the instructionsI got these for me and two friends for when we curl. Mine works ok and another works sometimes. The third bit the dust almost immediately. The display size is great and I love that it is simple, not too many other features to mess around with to get to the setting you want.For minor timing tasks, did not need all the fancy features that I got totally lost in with other stopwatches! Perfect for my needs!Easy to use. Nice size to hold in your hand. Bought to do some timed activities with my children whilst in lockdown.Good stopwatch, however, the buttons are very sensitive and they tend to stop the watch with the slightest movement.This is a really bad product. All I wanted was a simple, easy-to-use stopwatch. The so-called instructions are on the back of the box in really small (tiny!) print. The problem is, they don't instruct. The instructions specify buttons that are labeled differently on the stopwatch and they are incomplete. Several timers ("modes?") arrived running and I can't stop them or reset to zero.
