2 Zone Water Faucet Timer - Automatic Garden Hose Timer for Sprinkler & Drip Irrigation Systems - Perfect for Lawn, Garden & Outdoor Watering

This two-zone valve is working well to allow me to water my tomato plants automatically. It comes with a pretty good user manual and a quick-start guide. There is also a small roll of Teflon tape in the box. I didn't have any problems figuring out how to set up the valve. I like that I can hook a garden hose to one of the sides and manually activate it. This lets me use the hose without undoing the connection to the tomato plants. I have had it in place for several days now with no leaks. I do have household leak detection via a Moen Flo so if something happens I should know pretty quickly.I did notice that in full direct sunlight, the LCD screen characters were all visible as if fully activated. This cleared when it was out of direct sunlight and cooled down. This could prevent accurate manual activation if I need to use the hose. Time will tell if this will become an annoying problem or damage the screen. If there was a cover over the screen I think it might have mitigated this problem.Overall not terrible and if I have any other problems I will be sure to come back and update you.
