This NSi Industries EJWT percentage timer switch accepts 120/240 VAC input and its SPDT contacts can activate a 20 amp load or a 2 hp motor. It has 32 repeating cycle time set points that are user-selectable from 15 seconds to 24 hours; only one cycle time can be set. A second dial selects the percentage of time that power is On for the selected cycle; 32 settings for power On from 0 to 100 percent are available. The single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contacts are housed within a plastic enclosure for indoor use that meets NEMA-4X standards for water resistance. I dont understand how this thing works cant find a video that explains in detail how its set up or how it reads. Don't see any sensors... or outlets for my humidifier. ConfusingUsing to milk a low output deep well into a water storage tank. Set for 5% at 2.5 hours (7.5 minutes out of 150 minutes). For my situation this pumps about 40 gallons every 2.5 hours. Output from this Tork timer switch runs through my float switch, if the float is down during the Tork RUN signal the float switch passes the signal through to a contactor to run the submersible pump in the well, if the float is up the tank is obviously full and the Tork RUN signal doesn’t make it past the float switch. Even though I run a lot of wiring, I had to call Tork to clarify their electrical drawing for my 120V application. They were very helpful and my question was resolved in less than 2 minutes. As of 2021 this has been operating 24/7 for >2 years with no attention.very good but not quite as accurate timing is about 30/40 sec outThis is perfect for our application; a well that needs to fill a cistern by running 4 minutes out of each hour. However, we tried to run the timer side of the circuit using 208 instead of 1 hot leg and a neutral to give it 120. It looked like it was functional on the 208, but it couldn't close the relay. Once we pigtailed over a neutral, it works perfectly. I really wish the instructions had specifically noted that 208 wouldn't work - it would have saved us some time. I would definitely buy it again.EDIT: It's now a few years later, and this unit failed leaving us with no water and a fear that our well pump had failed. After we cut it out of the circuit, the well pump runs. We're looking for a replacement, and we may try to pull the relays off the board. Seems like the relays on the board might have failed.Works great! Wiring up was trickier than you would expect. I always thought common and neutral where one of the same….not so. With the 110v setup, had to run a shared hot (jumper) to the “common”Worth the extra money, don't buy the cheapest one you can find if you need reliabilityEasy to program and works great in industrial environmentJust what I needed for a well pumpAmazon said I have to reach out to the seller so here I am please contact me.So I got the switch for my Shiitake farm. had it set to 2 mins at 25% so I can have an RH of 85%, worked fine for about 2 months now. it will not turn off and the light shows red for being off but it is still having power sent thourgh to my mister and it just stays on. I've unplugged it, and opened up the box to see this white powdery stuff all over the wires and on the housing. I was expecting something black and burnt.
